my version of the messenger bag

This is my version of the 'messenger bag'. I made it from fabric that I bought at Ikea. It is a cotton canvas and makes up beautifully into bags. I have lined it with cotton canvas, just plain off white, which contrasts really well.

My sister saw my messenger bag just like this but bigger, and asked if I would make her one but only smaller. No problems, I said - her birthday is this week, so at least I know she likes the bag!!!!
