Teddy's Quilt
It's a beautiful Sunday here in Melbourne - a perfect day to wash some quilts.
I made this one a couple of years ago for a gorgeous little cousin called Teddy. It is from the Johnny & Buck range by Moda (I think).
I hand quilted all of it in Perle 8 thread.

Oh! Is that ever cute! I love hand quilting with pearl cotton. I much prefer that to machine quilting, but I just can't ever remember it as an option! Yours is just beautiful!!!

Beautiful colors. I just read about handquilting with Perle 8 thread last night. I was wondering what to do with a little art quilt I made for a friend, so this sort of seals the deal; I'll try it. -- Michele
