I gave myself a challenge this week to make a quilt entirely from my stash. No new fabric allowed!
Here is how it is going so far - not sure what it will turn out like - I quite like the colours though.
It's for a brand new baby boy!

Oooh, it looks just like a boy. The red and blue are just perfect. I can't wait to see it quilted Cathy!
It's gorgeous! The photos are great too. Did your resident photographer take them?
I'm sure you had lots of fun fondling forgotten fabrics from your stash to make this fantastic looking top. (Did you enjoy my factor five alliteration?)
lovely quilt so far...........
Gorgeous, Cathy! And good luck with your challenge. I managed to do it only once, but the backing fabric I still had to pop out to Spotlight for.
Looking good Miss Cathy! Gotta love those squares!
Looks fabulous, some of those fabrics are just beautiful - that's one lucky baby boy.
The colours are beautiful together - that's a very mighty challenge that you've issued yourself!
Oh, my -- would love to see your stash. This is lovely. I love the hippos, elephants, and zebras print!
if thats from your stash you must have loads :-)... it's just lovely
Nice stash you've got.Love the colours.
Just lovely
You must have a beautifully stocked stash!
when the stash looks that good, it sounds like a perfect idea. And now, I guess you'll have to restock the stash - what a wonderful cycle. Great to meet you friday
Love it ... perfect for a baby boy.
The prints are stunning. I'm planning to do the same with a doona cover for my 8 year old's bed. I think I could make ten doona covers from my scraps alone.......
