I couldn't resist

making this little doll from the scraps of the Uptown Girl jacket I made for my niece. I found the pattern on Johanna's blog (One Red Robin)- it's a great pattern - thanks for sharing Johanna.
Ruby Doll and Bag
A girl also has to have a bag - so the scraps came in handy for that too.

Super cute Cathy! You obviously leave yourself 'proper' scraps.

It doesn't seem right to say such a beautiful thing was made from scraps!

Its adorable! Can you tell me the name of the fabric that makes the bottom of the dolls dress, the brown and pink flower one.

Cheers, April

April, the fabric at the bottom of the dress is a Liberty of London print.
